You heard right, our team is expanding, and we are still living in a dream🤩Please help us welcome our new BCBA Lindsey to the team!!! She is surely bringing all the fun and joy with her to OTaba
🥳and we can't wait!!!

Lindsey is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a driving passion for helping others. Lindsey graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and a minor in Psychology. During this time she found a love for learning about and understanding those around her and a desire grew to apply this in ways that could help others. Lindsey began working in the field of ABA in 2020 as a registered behavioral technician. She later pursued her master’s degree in 2022 at Ball State University. She has years of experience with children with ASD and other diagnoses ranging from ages 3-16. Lindsey has gained a passion for fostering positive relationships with, not only her clients, but also their families, promoting a supportive environment for learning and growth for everyone with hopes to improve their overall quality of life. In her free time you can find Lindsey spending quality time with her boyfriend, friends, and family! 💞

Lindsey will join us in a few short weeks, and we are so super excited to have her awesome personality join our Fam🥰

OTABA FOOD CHALLENGE🍕🥪🥓 has officially kicked off and has been so successful🙌🏻 Every Tuesday we will introduce our kiddos to a new food item and all try it together. We may only get them to touch it or accept it in their space, we may get a “no thank you” response on their device and we may get an accomplished new food trial👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 we meet them at their own comfort level and work on progression from there!! Would you believe it if we told you we had 8 new mouthing food trials in the past 2 weeks?🥳 We also have a motivated student that wants to create our own YouTube channel to document, would you subscribe?😬

Hi, I’m Tiffany! I’m originally from Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis from Troy University in May of 2021. In 2022, I relocated to Scott, Louisiana, where I began my career as a Registered Line Technician. After gaining experience in this role, I was inspired her to further my education.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, with the goal of one day becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Outside of work, I enjoy shopping, photography, and spending time with my family and friends!

Can’t commend Natalie B Adams with Haven Salon & Spa A Beauty Collective enough with how patient and kind she is with our clients💕 She helps us role play (see “Slothy” getting a haircut) & meet each individual child at their level with every haircut. If they need 10 breaks, she gives them just that. If they want to hold and touch the clippers, she allows. If they want to stand or sit in a different location, she moves. She leads them through the hair cut if they need step by step verbal directions and allows the most flexibility. We are SO blessed that she shows up for us every month🫶🏼
If you are a parent of a special needs child that has a tough time with cuts, get on her books!!!💇🏾‍♂️💇‍♀️
