For twenty five years, ASC has been a place where meaningful connections, compassionate care, and unforgettable moments shape every day. To celebrate this milestone, we asked our residents and team members to finish the phrase “ASC is…” and share the first thing that comes to mind.

Congratulations Isaiah Davidson, Housekeeping Supervisor, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Hickory Creek at Franklin announces Isaiah Davidson, Housekeeping Laundry Supervisor, as our 2025 Quest for Excellence Winner. Isaiah has been a part of the Hickory Creek at Franklin crew for almost two years.

Isaiah is dependable, dedicated, and determined in all that he does, doing above and beyond in every sense. Whether tackling big challenges or helping a teammate in need, he consistently brings his best. His work ethic, attitude, and heart have not only elevated our team, but shown us the true meaning of CARE. His coworkers speak highly of him, viewing Isaiah as dependable, supportive, and caring. Maintenance supervisor Jeff Haskins has said, “His work ethic is only matched by the amount of care he has for the people he takes care of.” Hickory Creek at Franklin is truly blessed to have him on our team and he is a pleasure to work with.

Isaiah describes his job as, “Do unto others as they would do unto you.” He shows kindness, dignity, curiosity and above all is humble and caring. He lives at home with his parents, two brothers and his two cats. He loves to watch pro wrestling on his days off with his dad. His words, “I am kind of a nerd.” We love that here at Hickory Creek at Franklin. He fits right in! Isaiah, thank you for going above and beyond. Your hard work, integrity, and example do not go unnoticed. You have earned this recognition, and we are incredibly lucky to have you as a part of our team.
