I made a 15 min yoga video today, and if you want the YouTube link to it (for free!), either message me or comment below :) Happy Snow Day!
Ps: there are a couple bloops in it, and at one point I say "hams" instead of "hands", my bum looks like it is on fire at several points throughout AND the frame is off-kilter, so I am not exactly an AV pro! 😆

It has taken me over seven years to develop a page dedicated to teaching yoga. I’ve never been good at self-promotion, and I’m even cringing as I type this. But, as a means to streamline my business (and not clog up FB friends’ pages with yoga info if they aren’t interested), I finally took the leap, and here we are!
Qualifications:
I completed my 200-hr teacher training in 2012 in Sharon, Massachusetts, at a studio which is no longer in business. I have gone on to teach over 3,000 hours of yoga, and am an E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance.
What I teach:
Classes: Vinyasa, Gentle, and Meditation
Style: My vinyasa style consists of very creatively sequenced classes, often times with a peak pose (but sometimes not), in hopes of having the student be so intensely focused on her or his breath and movement, that it becomes moving meditation.
Current Employment:
NRG LAB
I have been the Mindbody Director at the NRG Lab in Mansfield, Massachusetts for three and a half years. When the yoga program was created at NRG, it was the intention of the first Mindbody Director, Ashley Webb Colleary (The Great), of never being “gym yoga,”; more like “studio yoga inside a fitness club.” I have done my very best to maintain that vision, and keep the integrity of what was intended. The yoga studio is tucked away in it’s own little sanctuary. I have also been teaching there for over five years.
FIREFLY YOGA, Foxboro
I have had the absolute joy of being a part of Firefly Yoga since the day they opened six years ago. Firefly has always encouraged its teachers to be themselves, resulting in a vast array of classes from which students can choose. I am also grateful to have been chosen as part of Firefly’s Teacher Training staff for our yearly teacher trainings.
Past Employment:
HUMBLE WARRIOR YOGA
Lauren D’Angelo gave me my first teaching job before I was even certified to teach. I was a month from graduation, when an opening came up. Humble Warrior was a beautiful studio, and had a fantastic community.
UNIVERSAL POWER YOGA
Jen Palmer runs an energy-filled yoga studio in Norwood, with community devotion that runs deep. I had the pleasure of teaching early morning classes there for a couple of years, and really enjoyed every (early) minute.
THE WOODS
My dear friend, Christine Maguire, decided to open a yoga studio a few years ago, and now she has been voted number one yoga studio in Providence for 2019! She gave me the honor of teaching the first ever class to run at The Woods on opening day. I taught there for a little over a year, and a piece of my heart will always live there. If her studio were down the street from me (vs. being in Rhode Island), they wouldn’t be able to get rid of me. It’s a fantastic studio. One of my all-time faves, as is Christine.
SHEBREATHES
SheBreathes is a women’s community and collaborative dedicated to the education, empowerment, and advocacy for the renewal of mind, body and soul. I was fortunate enough to teach there for the better part of a year--but alas, my kids’ schedules began to encroach. This is a beautiful space that really allows its students embody yoga at its best.
