Let's talk about diffusers for a minute. Did you know that the most therapeutic way to diffuse is for 30-60 minutes, followed by a break of 30-60 minutes?
This allows the body to get maximum effect from inhaling the essential oils, without becoming stressed or over-exposed.
Most diffusers run constantly, or 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off, which amounts to about the same thing (using less water). If you want to diffuse for an extended period of time in a space that you won't be leaving - such as an office, a school room, or a bedroom at night, I'd recommend using a diffuser such as Plant Therapy's AromaFuse!
