We have successfully completed the fourth year of our sold-out, nine-week Summer B.I.G. DREAMS Academy. This basketball academy, which engages the same 50+ youth throughout the entire program, has once again demonstrated significant growth and development. The positive feedback and word-of-mouth testimonials suggest that our academy will continue to expand next year.

I am incredibly proud of every participant, and it has been especially meaningful to run this academy alongside my son, co-director of B.I.G. Dreams and lead trainer of the second session of the academy, Tre. Together, we made remarkable progress!

At our B.I.G. Dreams Academy, what you see is our everyday commitment. We genuinely care. We try to develop a basketball culture that draws out the greatness in our players. We embrace mistakes, correct them, and encourage experimentation, allowing players to explore their potential. We teach them to recognize their strengths and areas for improvement. Our gym is a lively, energetic environment, but we also emphasize accountability. Our goal is for every student to achieve greatness.

Believe In Giving Dreams basketball training will be 8 this year!
September 2, 2016 was officially my first training as a trainer. From 2 clients in month one, 7 clients month two, 12 clients month three...etc.
Excited to see what year 8 brings and what doors will be opened. Year 7 brought my 4th consecutive sold out summer academy, and my 1st High School Fall League. Stay tuned for year 8!

You don't really want it.
Too many days off.
Too many weeks of inconsistency.
Too many trips, parties and events that fall during the times of trainings and u choose everything but the training.
Too many hours spent at the gym just goofing off.
Too many late nights staying up and not waking up to go handle your business to get closer to your dreams. Now.................. It's too late.
People who weren't at your level are now better than you.
Are getting more playing time.
Are getting your reps you use to get and are getting better because coaches are seeing them putting in the extra work and you're not... ................. Now you're hating on them. You're not making the right reads and looking selfish all because you want to get the coaches attention.
Now you're missing them shots because you don't work on them shots outside of doing them in your games.
Now you're attitude is bitter.
Now your slipping further and further out of love with the game because you feel like you're better than what you are and blame everyone else.
Now people remember you as the best 5th grader, the best 8th grader, the best HS player who didn't live up to their best potential.
Don't be this person ‼️
This is a post to change your ways.
Use today as Day 1 of being the best version of yourself.
Move closer to your mountain 🏔️. Plant your seeds early because you never know what the weather will bring.
