Arthritis pain often responds well to laser therapy and here's why. 🔬

Class IV laser therapy penetrates into the joint space, reducing inflammation and stimulating the cells responsible for cartilage and tissue repair. For many patients managing arthritis in their knees, hips, hands, or spine, regular laser sessions provide meaningful relief without medication or invasive procedures. It's not a cure, but it's a powerful tool for living more comfortably.

Symphysis p***s dysfunction (SPD) is one of the most painful and least talked-about pregnancy complications — and chiropractic care is one of the most effective tools for managing it. 💪 SPD happens when the joint at the front of your pelvis becomes unstable due to hormonal loosening of the ligaments, causing sharp groin pain, difficulty walking, turning in bed, or climbing stairs. Dr. Everley's Webster Certification includes assessment and care for pelvic instability throughout pregnancy. You don't have to white-knuckle through it.

Tag a pregnant mom who might be dealing with this right now.

SI joint dysfunction is one of the most underdiagnosed sources of lower back and pelvic pain — and one of the most responsive to chiropractic care. 🎯 The sacroiliac joints connect your spine to your pelvis, and when they become inflamed or move incorrectly, they can produce deep, nagging pain in the low back, buttock, or even down the leg — mimicking sciatica. Dr. Everley specializes in assessing and treating SI joint mechanics with targeted adjustments, especially in pregnant and postpartum patients where this joint is particularly vulnerable.

Not all adjustments feel the same — and that's by design. 🎯 Diversified technique uses precise hands-on pressure to restore joint motion. Low-force options like the Activator Method or Thompson Drop Table achieve the same goal with less force and sound. Dr. Everley chooses your technique based on your comfort and condition.

The Activator Method is often the first choice for patients who are nervous about manual adjustments. 🎯 This small, spring-loaded instrument delivers a precise, low-force impulse to the joint that's fast enough to move before the muscles can tense up. It's highly effective, incredibly gentle, and perfect for patients who prefer less forceful care, including seniors, children, and those with acute pain or heightened sensitivity.

Ask us if this might be right for you. DM us any questions you have!

That sharp, shooting pain in your lower abdomen or groin during pregnancy has a name: round ligament pain. 💡 It's caused by the rapid stretching of the ligaments supporting your growing uterus, and it can stop you in your tracks when you move suddenly. While it's normal, it doesn't have to be debilitating. Chiropractic care that focuses on pelvic alignment and reducing overall tension in the supporting structures can meaningfully reduce both the frequency and intensity of these episodes.

Save this for an expecting mom who keeps getting that sudden jab.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a nerve compression condition and the nerve being compressed doesn't always start at the wrist. ⚡ The median nerve runs from your cervical spine through your shoulder, elbow, and forearm before reaching your wrist. When there's compression anywhere along that pathway, including in the neck or thoracic outlet, symptoms like tingling, numbness, and weakness in the hands can develop. Chiropractic assessment looks at the full nerve pathway to make sure treatment targets the actual source.

A big reason people avoid chiropractic care is the sound. 💡

That pop or crack you hear during an adjustment is simply nitrogen gas escaping from the fluid inside your joint — the same thing that happens when you crack your knuckles. It's not bones grinding, nothing is breaking, and it's not required for a successful adjustment. Low-force techniques like the Activator Method produce no sound at all and are equally effective.

Save this for someone who's been scared off by the pop.
