At a time when good pharmacy service seems to be dwindling— long wait times, poor communication, and worst of all, failing to focus on the customer as family— getting prescriptions can be extraordinarily difficult.

At Clinic Pharmacy Franklin, we’re doing something different. We’re building a pharmacy experience centered around great people with simple processes that focuses on helping people take care of their health. Our ultimate mission is to help people spend less time waiting and more time living a healthy life. And we need your help.

We’re looking for someone who LOVES helping people. You’ll be responsible for providing superior customer service for Clinic Pharmacy Franklin. You’ll interact with customers both on the phone and in person, make prescription deliveries around the Franklin area, check in the daily order, create & edit patient documentation, and be a key player in the pharmacy service model. You’ll work scheduled in shifts with the expectation of being a bit flexible to be available as needed.
