Today, we hosted a Coffee and Donuts kickoff event at our Services and Support Center in Franklin, TN to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month. We appreciate our teams taking the time to connect, reflect, and support one another.

We welcomed Keionia Ervin, our Corporate Admissions Support Specialist (Acute), who spoke about the prevalence of mental health challenges and the importance of checking in with coworkers, friends, and family. Her message was a powerful reminder that you never truly know what someone may be going through, and how important it is to listen and show up for one another. 💚

We strive to make our facilities welcoming spaces filled with comfort and inspiration. Many of our locations offer creative outlets for clients, and we love incorporating meaningful artwork and motivational messages throughout our spaces. Sometimes, a simple quote or a painted rock can provide just the encouragement someone needs on a tough day.

Take a look at some of the small but powerful touches that bring positivity to our facilities!

April is Alcohol Awareness Month, a time to increase understanding and recognize how alcohol use can impact physical health, relationships, and emotional well-being.

Alcohol Awareness Month encourages us to look beyond assumptions and recognize the real challenges individuals face. When we lead with compassion and provide access to care, we create opportunities for lasting recovery.

Start the conversation. Support starts here. 💙

Today is . Caring for your body is important, but caring for your mind is just as vital. You deserve support in both.

The best investment you can ever make is in your own health. Asking for help for your mental health should feel no different than seeing a doctor for a physical concern.

Today, let’s spread understanding and remember how important it is to care for our whole selves. Get outside, get active, and maybe reach out to a friend who could use a little extra support. 💙
