Franklin Applied Behavior Services is growing — and we’re looking for caring, energetic individuals to join our team!

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one therapy to clients with autism and other developmental differences, working directly under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you’ll make a real difference every single day.

✨ Minimum Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

This year our admin team hopped on a TikTok trend and turned their 2025 accomplishments into cake decorations—because why not reflect with frosting?

Some wins were big and serious!
Some were… very on-brand!

✔️ Goals crushed
✔️ Growth achieved
✔️ Blood sugar lowered (but also…immediately requested a candy bar)
✔️ And simply survival—which honestly feels like a universal achievement in 2025

Behind the laughs is a whole lot of heart, resilience, and dedication! This team shows up every single day for our staff, our clients, and our families—and we’re so proud of everything they’ve accomplished this year (cake-worthy or not)!

Merry Christmas from all of us at FABS!

As we wrap up another year filled with growth, grit, laughter, and LOTS of joyful moments, we want to take a minute to send a huge holiday hug to our FABS families and our incredible staff!

This season reminds us of the magic in the little victories—the firsts, the breakthroughs, the laughs, the shared smiles, and the everyday moments that lead to BIG successes! And wow… did we see a lot of those this year.

To our families: thank you for trusting us with your children, for welcoming us into your stories, and for partnering with us through all the ups, downs, and in-betweens! Your kids are the heart of everything we do!

To our team: You are the holiday lights in this place! You bring the joy, the patience, the creativity, the late-afternoon prep (daily sheet corrections at all different times), the early-morning energy (post coffee), and the unwavering commitment that makes FABS feel a little like home! We couldn’t be more grateful!

Treat of Choice: Peanut butter fudge — the rich, classic kind that tastes like home.
FABS Joy: Growth! Olivia has witnessed it all — the growth of our clients, our staff, and our entire company! She’s played a huge role in helping that growth happen, but what she loves most is watching everyone flourish year after year! She’s seen progress, resilience, change, and transformation… and celebrates every bit of it!
Holiday Tradition: Christmas Day with her kids, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents — a rare stretch of uninterrupted family time in their busy world, and a tradition she cherishes deeply!

If there’s anyone at FABS who channels the heart, hustle, and holiday spirit of the Arthur Christmas elves… it’s Julissa! Cheerful, determined, and always ready to help, she brings magic into everything she does!

Treat of Choice: Champurrado — warm, cozy, and absolutely perfect to prepare for elf duty!
FABS Joy: “Seeing the progress the kids make.” Nothing lights her up more than celebrating big wins, small wins, and all the growth in between!
Holiday Tradition: Growing up, her whole family gathered on Christmas Eve and stayed awake until Christmas Day — opening gifts at midnight and sleeping over together! Now, one of her favorite traditions is making Christmas desserts with her son! Sweet memories… literally!
