Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at FABS!

Today we’re celebrating all kinds of moms and mother-like figures, biological moms, adoptive moms, foster moms, grandmas, aunts, guardians, bonus moms, future moms, and the people who step into nurturing roles with love and care every single day!

We especially want to recognize the incredible moms of our clients! The advocacy, patience, strength, flexibility, and unconditional love you pour into your children does not go unnoticed! We are so grateful that you trust us to be part of your journey!

And to our FABS staff moms (and those loving on kids both at work and at home), you amaze us daily with the compassion and energy you give to everyone around you!

Mother’s Day can hold a lot of emotions for different people, but today we simply want to celebrate the people who love, support, nurture, and show up for others in meaningful ways!

In true 2026 fashion, we’re wrapping up Autism Acceptance Month with a post on the very last day! 😅

But the truth is, this month isn’t something we squeeze into a calendar. We’ve been celebrating all month long… and more importantly, all year long! And we’ll keep celebrating, every strength, every accomplishment, and every beautifully unique individual we have the privilege to serve!

We are incredibly grateful for the families who trust us, the clients who inspire us daily, and the staff who make this work so meaningful!

Franklin Applied Behavior Services is growing — and we’re looking for caring, energetic individuals to join our team!

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one therapy to clients with autism and other developmental differences, working directly under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you’ll make a real difference every single day.

✨ Minimum Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Amber is one of those quiet, jump-in-wherever-needed people… which is probably exactly why she didn’t ask for the spotlight in the first round! But make no mistake, she is little but mighty, and we are so lucky to have her at FABS!

What energy are you bringing into 2026? “Bring more happiness and..." (We're not sure what else, but more happiness sounds perfect!)

Silliest New Year’s resolution you’ve ever set? “To be more outgoing.” (We've seen Amber become more outgoing, so we know she actually completed that resolution!)

Favorite NYE tradition? “Watching the ball drop and hanging out with family.”

He’s truly the life of the party… just the quiet kind! Consistent, loyal, calm under pressure, and not easily flappable — the kind of teammate you’re always grateful to have at FABS!

What brings you joy at FABS? “All of my awesome clients/coworkers — the people around me!”

What energy are you bringing into 2026? “Productive and positive.” (He has the positive down already!)

Silliest New Year’s resolution you’ve ever set? “To not turn in a late assignment all year… (I didn’t do it 😅).”

This year our admin team hopped on a TikTok trend and turned their 2025 accomplishments into cake decorations—because why not reflect with frosting?

Some wins were big and serious!
Some were… very on-brand!

✔️ Goals crushed
✔️ Growth achieved
✔️ Blood sugar lowered (but also…immediately requested a candy bar)
✔️ And simply survival—which honestly feels like a universal achievement in 2025

Behind the laughs is a whole lot of heart, resilience, and dedication! This team shows up every single day for our staff, our clients, and our families—and we’re so proud of everything they’ve accomplished this year (cake-worthy or not)!
