When shopping for kidney-friendly snacks, the nutrition label is your best guide! Here’s what to watch for:

1️⃣ Sodium 🧂
Aim for 140 mg or less per serving (that’s considered “low sodium”).
Watch out for terms like “salted,” “brined,” “smoked,” or “cured.”

2️⃣ Potassium 🍌
Check the ingredient list for potassium additives (potassium chloride, potassium phosphate, etc.).
