Butch Wilmore, astronaut and Mercy Bible Study leader, visited today for a quick hello! He wanted to say thank you for praying for him while he was on the 9-month stay on the space station. He was kind enough to lead our Mercy Bible Study last December 4, pictured, from space.

Butch Wilmore is an American NASA astronaut and United States Navy test pilot. He has had three spaceflights. His last trip to the International Space Station turned into a 9-month mission due to issues with the Boeing Starliner spacecraft. They launched on June 5, 2024 expecting a week-long test flight and returned to Earth on March 18, 2025.
