We’re excited to announce the addition of a new cardiac CT scanner and a dedicated cardiac CT suite at Williamson Health.🫀🏥

This advanced technology allows our care teams to see the heart and blood vessels in greater detail — supporting faster, more accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans. For our community, that means earlier detection, better monitoring of heart conditions, and care that can prevent complications before they become more serious.

It’s another step forward in our commitment to expanding high-quality heart care close to home and helping Williamson County live healthier, stronger lives.

After experiencing a pregnancy loss and a challenging journey to become pregnant again, Derick and Payton’s path led them to the support they needed at just the right time. 🌈🍼

What began with fear and uncertainty ended with hope and joy — welcoming their rainbow baby, tiny but strong.

As their family gathered to meet him for the first time, they noticed a rainbow stretching across the sky above the hospital — a quiet, powerful reminder of hope in the moment they needed it most.

This story is a sweet example of Women’s Group of Franklin, Williamson Health Maternal Fetal Medicine, and the Williamson Medical Center OB Unit working together for the benefit of our patients.

We’re grateful to witness moments like this — where expertise, teamwork, and compassion come together to change a family’s future.

❄️Weather Update:❄️
• Williamson Health Medical Group clinics will open at 10 a.m.
• Williamson Health Outpatient Lab located in the Williamson Health Medical Office Building adjacent to Williamson Medical Center will operate during normal hours (6 a.m.–5 p.m.)
• All other Williamson Health Outpatient Lab locations throughout the county will open at 10 a.m.
• Imaging will resume normal hours

The past several days have powerfully reflected who we are as an organization.🤍

Through extreme winter weather, so many of our team members have shown up — despite difficult conditions — to care for our patients, our visitors, and our community with professionalism, compassion, and resilience.

Since Friday evening, hundreds of staff members have spent the night at the hospital, with many continuing to do so throughout the week. We are deeply grateful for the flexibility, teamwork, kindness, and personal sacrifice being demonstrated across Williamson Health during this challenging time.

All Williamson Health Medical Group practices will be closed tomorrow due to weather conditions.

Outpatient Laboratory Services:
The main Williamson Health Outpatient Laboratory Services, located in the Medical Office Building adjacent to Williamson Medical Center, plans to be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All other Williamson Health Outpatient Laboratory Services locations throughout the county will be closed.

Outpatient Imaging Updates:
The following Outpatient Imaging locations will be open tomorrow from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Main Williamson Health Outpatient Imaging Center on Carothers Parkway
• Outpatient Imaging location inside Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee main campus on Edward Curd Lane

The Tollgate Outpatient Imaging location will be closed.

Williamson Medical Center Emergency Departments will remain open and available to care for patients.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to prioritize safety for our patients and staff.

Patients with scheduled imaging or lab appointments will be contacted directly to reschedule.

Please note: Williamson Medical Center — including both our Adult and Pediatric Emergency Departments — remains OPEN and available to care for patients.
