Help us in congratulating one of our latest Award winners: Kim White, a nurse on the 6th floor of the Boyer-Bryan West Tower! ๐ŸŒผ

Kim's nomination read: "Kim is an angel and a 'Godsend.' She has the qualities and character everyone in the healthcare profession should strive for. Kim is a witness to her faith in God. In her words โ€“Yes! But in her loving, caring and compassionate care to my husband. I have no doubt she is constantly in those qualities. Qualities reflect character. Because of her outward love and caring I approached her with an issue. My husband did not want to be sent home as he had fever, chills and a constant state of confusion. Kim went out of her way to check on us multiple times."

Thank you to Kim, as well as each and every nurse providing compassionate care for our patients and families here at Williamson Health. Congratulations, Kim! โค๏ธ

Help us celebrate our latest BEE Award winner: David Cox, a physical therapist at Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee! ๐Ÿ

David's nomination read in part: โ€œDavid is an outstanding physical therapist whose kindness, expertise and professionalism truly set him apart. From the very first visit, he went above and beyond to create a comfortable environment, especially for a patient who was experiencing significant anxiety following a previous failed knee replacement. His ability to balance professionalism with a lighthearted, approachable personality makes him someone people genuinely enjoy being around. Most importantly, David is exceptionally knowledgeable. He explained the 'why' behind each exercise and prepared us for what to expect in the weeks ahead, which built confidence and trust in the rehabilitation process. His clear communication, expertise and compassionate care made an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even uplifting. I could not have asked for more from David. His combination of skill, personality and dedication makes him truly deserving of recognition. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone in need of physical therapy."

Congratulations David, and thank you for your kindness and dedication! It goes further than you can imagine โค๏ธ

Help us celebrate our latest ๐๐„๐„ ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ winner: ๐’๐ก๐š๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ง ๐ƒ๐š๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ with our Pharmacy team! ๐Ÿ

Her nomination read in part: โ€œShannon has been like a silent partner in the ED. She talks with the patients being admitted and their families, and answers most questions the staff may have regarding pharmacy issues. Her presence helps to ease patientsโ€™ minds as many have difficulty remembering their medications. Shannon answers questions family members may have regarding doses and medication scheduling. When she confirms with them their regular pharmaciesโ€™ histories most breath a sigh of relief. Shannon has become a key part of the ED for patients being admitted and she helps gather medication histories of patients with special needs and those going to skilled rehab. Thank you, Shannon, for bringing a calming voice and dedication to the many anxious ED patients and families while gathering such important information to help their care here at Williamson and when they are discharged."

Congratulations Shannon, and thank you for your kindness and dedication! It goes further than you can imagine โค๏ธ
