Life can leave us carrying brokenness, bo***ge, and battles we never asked for.

We believe recovery is not about perfection. It's about facing where we are with honesty; choosing to trust God with today, even if yesterday was messy; and taking steps forward, no matter how small.

You don’t have to walk this road alone. You belong here, where grace is greater, hope is found, and no one is turned away.

🕊️Step 6: Willing 🕊️

“Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up.” – James 4:10 (NIV)

There comes a point in recovery when we realize:
We can’t fix ourselves.
We’ve confessed the mess, we’ve faced the wreckage…
But now we must decide: Am I willing to let God do what I can’t?

Step 6 isn’t about trying harder.
It’s about surrender.
It’s about opening your hands and saying,
“God, I’m ready for You to change me — even the parts I still think I need.”

The truth is, some of our biggest defects have felt like survival tools.
Control. Anger. Pride. People-pleasing.
We used them to feel safe. But they’ve been slowly destroying us.

God doesn’t want to shame you — He wants to free you.

If you're tired of carrying what God is ready to take —
Come to Him willing. Just willing.
Not perfect. Not polished. Just ready.

🛐 Prayer:
Lord, I’m done trying to change on my own. I surrender the broken pieces — even the ones I’ve grown used to. Make me willing to let You remove what’s hurting me. I trust You. Amen.
