Experience the healing art of Thai Massage in a welcoming, partner-based workshop designed to cultivate presence, connection, and embodied care.

Jeanette will share a condensed Thai massage protocol from the traditional lineage of Shivagakomarpaj, the Buddha’s personal physician. This respected lineage integrates acupressure, energy-meridian work, and yoga-like stretching to support balance and vitality.

Thai massage is practiced fully clothed, on the floor, with no oil. Participants will both give and receive throughout the workshop.
