Class Description:
This 60min class blends gentle, mindful movement with deep, restorative rest. The first bit features a slow, vinyasa style routine to build awareness, improve mobility and release mental & physical rigidity through breath-led transitions and liberating postures. The second half shifts into restorative yoga, using props to fully support the body in longer held poses with the intention of deep relaxation, offering tension relief and a nervous system reset. Ideal for most bodies, this practice encourages balance, calm and self awareness.
