One of the most common questions I hear is: “How many units will I need for a full face of tox?”
The answer varies based on muscle strength, anatomy, and the results you want, but here are typical unit ranges patients can expect when I assess the full face:
• Forehead lines: 10–20 units
• Frown lines (glabella / “11s”): 20–30 units
• Crow’s feet: 12–24 units total
• Bunny lines (nose): 4–8 units
• Lip flip / upper lip lines: 4–8 units
• Chin dimpling: 6–10 units
• Jawline / DAO (downturned mouth corners): 4–10 units
• Masseters (if treated): 20–40 units per side
When we talk about full facial balancing with toxin, the goal isn’t freezing one area, it’s creating harmony across multiple muscle groups so the result looks smooth, natural, and expressive.
Every face is different, which is why a thoughtful consultation and muscle assessment always comes first.
