🐴✨ The Year of the Horse ✨🐴

The Year of the Horse is about movement that comes from readiness —
not force, not urgency, not pushing through.

It’s about alignment.
Integration.
A body that knows how to move because it feels safe, supported, and balanced.

Horses don’t move forward through effort alone.
They move when posture, fascia, muscles, and the nervous system work in harmony.
When tension releases.
When bracing softens.
When motion becomes fluid instead of forced.

This is where equine massage matters most.

Massage supports the horse’s ability to:
• Organize their body more efficiently
• Release stored tension and compensation
• Improve posture and balance
• Restore elasticity and ease of movement
• Build confidence through physical comfort

Comfort in the body creates clarity.
Clarity creates confidence.
And confidence allows true, willing movement to emerge.

I’m a Certified Equine Massage Therapist, currently accepting new clients and serving horses from Longmont to Colorado Springs.

📅 Appointments are now booking — schedule your session early to secure your spot.

🐎 Comfort in the body.
Confidence in motion.

🐴✨ 2026: The Year of the Horse ✨🐴

As we step into 2026 — the Year of the Horse — it feels like the perfect time to honor the animals who give us their strength, heart, and trust every single day.

The horse symbolizes movement, power, resilience, and partnership. And just like us, our horses need care that supports their bodies as they carry us forward — whether in the arena, on the trail, or simply through daily life.

Equine Massage is one of the most effective ways to support your horse’s health and longevity by:
✨ Releasing tension and soreness
✨ Improving circulation and flexibility
✨ Supporting recovery and injury prevention
✨ Enhancing comfort, balance, and performance
✨ Promoting relaxation and overall well-being

Starting the Year of the Horse with bodywork isn’t just maintenance — it’s a commitment to your horse’s comfort, soundness, and long-term wellness.

I’m a Certified Equine Massage Therapist, currently accepting new clients and proudly serving horses from Longmont to Colorado Springs.

🐎 Let 2026 be the year you truly invest in your horse’s body and well-being.

🎉🐴 The New Year Is Almost Here… and Show Season Isn’t Far Behind 🐴🎉

With the New Year just days away, it won’t be long before conditioning schedules, hauling, and show season are back in full swing. Now is the time to set your horse up for success before the workload increases.

Equine Massage plays a key role in helping horses stay sound, comfortable, and ready to perform by:
✨ Releasing muscle tension and soreness
✨ Improving circulation and flexibility
✨ Supporting recovery between rides and training sessions
✨ Helping prevent injury before intensity ramps up
✨ Promoting relaxation, focus, and willingness

Starting the year with a balanced, comfortable horse can make all the difference as you head into the season ahead.

I’m a Certified Equine Massage Therapist, currently accepting new clients, and I travel as far north as Longmont and as far south as Colorado Springs — serving barns and horses throughout the Front Range.

🐎 Get on the schedule now and start the New Year strong.

🎄🐴 Merry Christmas from My Barn to Yours 🐴🎄

This season, my heart is full of gratitude.
For the horses who trust me.
For the clients who invite me into their barns and their lives.
For the friendships, conversations, and quiet moments that happen around these incredible animals. 💛

Thank you for supporting my equine bodywork business and allowing me to do work that truly fills my soul. It’s an honor to care for your horses and be part of their journey toward comfort, balance, and well-being.

Wishing you and your families — two-legged and four — a Christmas filled with peace, warmth, and plenty of barn magic. 🐎✨

May the new year bring sound horses, happy rides, and moments that remind us why we fell in love with them in the first place.

🎁 Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! 🎁

🔥🐴 The Year of the Fire Horse 🐴🔥

In the zodiac, the Horse represents strength, freedom, movement, and an unshakable spirit.
When paired with the Fire element, that energy is amplified — passion, courage, momentum, and transformation.

The Fire Horse reminds us to:
🔥 Move forward with confidence
🔥 Trust our instincts
🔥 Break free from what no longer serves us
🔥 Lead with heart, grit, and authenticity

It’s a year that honors resilience, hard work, and bold forward motion — qualities horses embody every single day. They show up with honesty, power, and grace, asking only that we meet them with the same respect and care.

May this Year of the Fire Horse inspire us to move with purpose, protect what matters most, and honor the partnerships that ground us — with our horses, our families, and ourselves.

🐎 Strong. Grounded. Unstoppable.

What does the Fire Horse energy mean to you this year?

🎄💛 Grateful Hearts This Holiday Season 💛🐴

As the holiday season settles in, I can’t help but take a moment to reflect on all the things I’m truly grateful for…

Family who supports every dream. ❤️
Friends who lift me higher. 💫
The incredible animals who fill my days with purpose and peace. 🐎🐾
And my wonderful equine bodywork clients — both two- and four-legged — who allow me to do what I love every single day. 🙏

This season is about more than gifts or gatherings — it’s about connection, gratitude, and remembering how blessed we really are.

✨ I’d love to hear from you —
What’s one thing you’re feeling extra grateful for this year? 💛

Wishing you and yours peace, joy, and plenty of barn magic this holiday season. 🎁🐴

🕊️ In a Season of Uncertainty, Here’s What Matters Most

With the EHV-1 outbreak hitting the horse world right now, so many of us are feeling the weight of it. Whether you’re hauling, showing, vet-checking, canceling plans, or keeping your herd close to home… it’s a lot. And it’s scary.

But moments like this remind us of the truth we sometimes rush past:

What matters most isn’t the ribbons, the miles hauled, or the plans on the calendar.
It’s the horses standing in our barns.
It’s the people who show up for each other.
It’s the quiet prayers whispered over stall doors.
It’s the way the horse community rallies when one of our own is hurting.

My heart is with every owner, rider, trainer, vet, and barn family navigating the stress of this outbreak.
My prayers are with the horses fighting hard.
And my hope is with the communities taking quick action to protect their herds and one another.

If nothing else, this moment brings us back to gratitude—for the breath in our horses’ lungs, the trust in their eyes, and the privilege of caring for them through every season, good or hard.

Stay safe, be vigilant, and hold tight to what truly matters.
We’re all in this together. 🕊️🐴🤍

🐴 Honoring All Who Have Served — Human and Animal Alike 🐕‍🦺🐎

Today, we pause to honor the courage, sacrifice, and service of all Veterans — and the loyal animals who stood beside them. 💙

From the soldiers who gave everything to protect our freedom, to the horses, dogs, and service animals who carried, comforted, and served alongside them — we thank you. 🙏

Your strength, dedication, and partnership remind us of the incredible bond between humans and animals — one built on trust, love, and unwavering loyalty.

🇺🇸 Thank you, Veterans — two-legged and four.
We are forever grateful. ❤️💙🤍
