Our team at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital recently welcomed students from the BASF TECH Academy - a free summer program for Downriver high school students focused on STEM education and workforce development.

As part of their week-long experience, students shadowed department leads to learn what it’s like to work as rehabilitation assistants, ultrasound technologists, building engineers, patient transportation partners and other essential roles in healthcare.

This is our second year partnering with BASF for this initiative, and we’re proud to support the next generation through hands-on learning and meaningful mentorship as they explore future career paths. 💡
