Now Hiring: Executive Assistant
Cremation Source | Fraser, MI (In-Person)
Cremation Source is seeking a professional, personable, and reliable Executive Assistant to join our team at our Fraser, Michigan location. This role is ideal for someone who is well-spoken, organized, and comfortable interacting with families, staff, and the public in a compassionate and professional environment.
This position is available as full-time or part-time and is a great opportunity for a college student or young professional looking to gain valuable office and client-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing general information and handling inquiries professionally
• Access internal systems to retrieve and relay information to families and staff
• Greet visitors, answer the door, and assist families with questions in a respectful and caring manner
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management
• Order and manage office supplies and other needed products
• Maintain a professional and organized front office environment
• Help with other team members tasks
Qualifications & Skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Personable, social, and comfortable speaking with the public
• Strong verbal communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to handle and relay different types of information accurately
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using office systems and basic technology
• Interest or background in funeral services, medical, or healthcare fields is a plus (not required)
• College students encouraged to apply (especially for part-time)
