Since 1971, Frazee Care Center has served the changing health care and housing needs of Minnesotans.

Our mission is cherishing life in a community of care and compassion. Frazee Care Center's 60 bed skilled nursing community offers comprehensive long-term and short-term care options for individuals in need of 24-hour skilled nursing care or rehabilitative care after surgery or other illness. Assisted living is available at both Frazee Assisted Living and at Vergas Assisted Living in nearby Vergas. Through all of these programs, we’re committed to Caring Above and Beyond. We recently started hosting monthly pottery events, and they've been a hug hit! Our residents loved diving into this fun new activity in September and have continued to enjoy it this month. Check out their wonderful creations! 🎨
