The Halloween spirit was in full swing this morning as we welcomed the Frederic Elementary School back to our facility for year two of trick-or-treating. Our hallways were filled with joyful smiles, laughter, and plenty of candy, thanks to your charitable donations. We appreciate the Frederic School District for partnering with us and sharing their students. Until next year.

Speechless is an understatement.

20 of our residents paired with 20 residents from Northwest passage kids. These kids met with our residents a couple of times to complete this. Their first visit, they asked residents questions about their lives, how they grew up, and any advice they may have had for the kids. On their next visit, the students brought their cameras with and took photos in 2 different settings. The kids took those photos and edited them as a part of their photography class. Today they returned to us with their final projects.

These photos brought smiles, laughs, tears and stories. We are so grateful to NWP for their collaboration on this project. Well done kids, well done!

We have our final group returning to us this afternoon and photos will be up until 4pm today! Stop by and admire their great work. ❤️

Today we had a first! One of our staff members has a pretty intense (and expensive) hobby. Our residents got to see these cars up close and personal. They asked questions, got drivers cards and enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL weather.

We take great pride in celebrating significant milestones with our residents, including those marking progress in rehabilitation, nursing care, and personal growth. Today's celebration honored the Jensens' remarkable 70-year marriage, a truly extraordinary achievement.

If you've visited our facility, you're aware that bingo is a top priority for our residents. However, Balloon Ball comes in a close second in terms of popularity. Our residents thoroughly enjoy playing this game, especially when it contributes to their therapy goals for the day.
