Today is ! Each year, October 10th is dedicated to raising awareness about mental health issues globally and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. Today is an opportunity for all of us to come together to discuss mental health, break down stigma, and advocate for better mental health care and resources - issues the Task Force is working on every day of the year!
