This week we would like to thank Humza, Andrew, Anthony, Maria, and Charlotte for attending our adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course this past weekend.

We have moved our course this weekend to a new time! Come be one of the hundreds of people EMP2C has lead in learning to effectively identify and treat life threatening emergencies. Our Blended learning class starts this Saturday (04 June 2022) at 1:00pm, right of Market Street in Frederick.

4 slots for Stop the Bleed at the Frederick Church of Christ, Saturday, April 30th from 1:00 - 2:30 PM

The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED class covers all age groups and occupations. Provides training for the treatment of basic injuries and for providing quality CPR with or without and AED. This is a great option for students, professional adult, continuing education credits, OSHA requirements, Childcare, and non-nursing Healthcare workers.

Stop the Bleed is a course developed by the American College of Surgeons in conjunction with multiple other medical and emergency response organizations. This course is designed to train individuals to recognize and respond to the # 1 cause of death after injury, uncontrolled and life-threatening bleeding!

Immediate Response training such as American Red Cross CPR/AED/First aid and Stop The Bleed training.

Who We Are

Nick is a graduate of Thomas Edison State University and an Arnold Fletcher Academic Achievement award recipient with a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Having served 8 years in the USAF, Nick held a variety of positions throughout his military career to include SATCOM and RF transmissions Journeyman, a Combat Readiness School Instructor, and as a Special Missions Aviator in support of Combat Search and Rescue Operations aboard the HH-60G Pave-hawk. In training for these selections Nick has also attended a variety of advanced schools such as Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape school where he learned wilderness survival techniques, open ocean water survival and other applicable skills. During these assignments he taught his peers about Self-Aid Buddy Care, Mass Casualty Collection and Treatment, austere base set-up and defense, Close Quarters Combat and Urban Combat.

Nick has always been driven to serve his community through volunteerism with Team Rubicon, Boy Scouts of America and other community service organizations nationally. As a single father of three his goal is to Improve the response and preparedness mindset of the community, a whole community approach to Emergency Management.
