At Amber Hill Therapy Centers, our leadership is rooted in heart, purpose, and community. Today we are excited to introduce one of our owners, Jessica Reed.

💙 What drew Jessica to Amber Hill?

Jessica was originally drawn to Amber Hill because it was a small business, not a large corporate chain.

She saw two people working tirelessly to build something meaningful. A place where employees mattered. A place where people were more than numbers. That dedication to building something personal and intentional resonated deeply with her.

🎯 What does she want Amber Hill to be known for?

Jessica wants Amber Hill to be known for putting patients first.

Not a corporate model of rushing patients in and out, but true one on one care. Taking the time to listen. Taking the time to treat. Giving every patient the focused attention they deserve so they can return to their everyday lives stronger and more confident.

🏡 Why is serving Frederick County meaningful?

Frederick has not always been Jessica’s home, but when she moved back, she knew she wanted to give back.

Owning Amber Hill gives her the opportunity to keep a small community business thriving in a world where large corporations continue to expand. It allows Amber Hill to support local high schools, little leagues, and senior events right here in Frederick County. Decisions are made locally, for the people who live here, not from a distant corporate office.

For Jessica, it is about investing in the community that invests in us.

✨ Something you might not know about her

Outside of the clinic, Jessica is a proud dance mom. She loves watching her two daughters compete and perform. Those moments at competitions give her a chance to step away from the hustle of daily life and simply be present.

She also loves to travel and explore new places whenever she can.
