The Healing Storm Holistic Wellness is loctated in downtown Frederick, MD. We are looking for 2-3 massage therapists, reiki practitioners, and/or stretch practitioners. We have day, evening, and weekend hours available. Pay starts at $40/per session hour. 24-hour notice for all appointments so you won't go to bed thinking you have an open morning just to find appointments scheduled early overnight. We provide sheets, gel/oil/lotion, all accessories. All you pretty much have to do is show up when you have appointments and take care of getting your room ready for them and closing it at the end of the day. Life's a Beach; Enjoy the waves! I love this quote because it puts a beautifully positive spin on how we can deal with challenges in our lifes. We should definitely acknowledge our feelings, but dwelling in those feelings is not always productive. We need to acknowledge them and then find solutions that make us feel better. We should never bury feelings, but roll with them like waves and by the time we reach the shore, have a solultion. While this is not a journal week, you can think about/journal how you currently enjoy the waves life throws at you and then think about/journal how they can improve. Or just sit with the quote and start living it.

The Healing Storm Holistic Wellness is started a Self-Paced Meditation Session on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, starting Wednesday, August 20th. It will be held from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. These session will be held on our large room "Spirit" with low lighting and gentle frequency, drums, or music to help drown out the world and enhance your meditation experience. Seating is limited.
