The next time you have an Akashic Records session (or even just journal) with your guides and ask, “Am I on the right path?”

You might get…nothing. Or a simple 'yes' or 'no'

It’s probably not you. It’s the question.

Here’s one question I recommend that tends to get a better or fuller response: “What’s one next step that would support me right now?” I find also It takes the pressure off needing a “right” or “wrong” path and brings you back into flow and more clarity. (And the truth is, spirit will tell you that any path can be 'right' for you in spirit's opinion if it involves learning and growth. There's not a 'right' or 'wrong' way to go)

Save these questions for the next time you go into the Records (or journal).

I find it helps me so much more.

Spirit often gives me messages with great advice.
And, to be honest, sometimes I don't really sit with it.
I write it down to look at it again later, and tend to move on quickly to the next thing.

My guides reminded me to slow down long enough to hear myself again, and, also, to reflect on what's gone right this past year.

Pausing, instead of rushing.

The funny thing is that later that day I heard the same message channeled from someone else's guide and yet again from someone doing a practice reading for me.

When you hear something three times in one day, it must be important.

So I wanted to share their message with you, too, in case you need to hear it.

If you’re moving fast or feeling pulled in ten directions and it's making you anxious, try this:

✨ Sit for 2 minutes, close your eyes and tune into your breath
✨ Tune into what you need today

If you feel called, try spending some time journaling on the questions below.

I recently heard someone say, “Your soul already knows what it needs; you just have to slow down long enough to listen.”

And I felt so seen. This time of year, I'm often rushing, looking ahead, and not slowing down enough to truly tune in.

But I wanted to change that.

That’s why I’m keeping things small, cozy, and low key this month. I'm offering one-on-ones and my two favorite small workshops designed to support quiet, calm listening… and to teach you how to tune into the Records for yourself.

Ever feel like life keeps showing you the same thing…over and over?
I know I do. And sometimes the first reaction is to get frustrated and ask, “Why me???”

But l have found that asking a different question can be really helpful. It often helps me understand the pattern instead:

“What’s the real reason this keeps showing up?"

When I sit with that question, I usually receive insight that helps me feel more empowered…whether that means approaching it differently next time or understanding what step to take next.

I put together a list of questions you can ask in the Akashic Records around patterns. Prompts to help you receive guidance that’s genuinely helpful.

This message from my guides was so powerful. It came through with imagery I saw in my mind's eye and has stuck with me.

Sometimes I think we all worry about making mistakes.
In sessions, a lot of people ask their guides, “Am I on the right path?” and to be honest, I often wonder that, too.

But Spirit reminds me again and again that it’s okay to make mistakes. They’re not failures, they’re just learning opportunities or lessons. (I've been quickly corrected when I've used the word 'failure' lol)

That's how we learn and grow.

I recently heard about someone who had a mediumship experience that felt dark, worrisome and fear-inducing. I felt really awful for them.

This time of year, especially, that’s how a lot of people imagine it.

In my experience, that is not at all what Spirit is like. Readings are comforting, uplifting and full of love. If it doesn’t feel that way, let what was said go and consider seeing someone else another time.

In readings, I may bring through a mom telling her daughter how proud she is, a brother cheering his sister on, or a gentle reminder from a spirit guide that someone is doing better than they think.

Spirit feels more like a coaching team we cannot see. They're encouraging and always rooting for us. This is the kind of connection I get to witness again and again, and it’s one of the reasons I love doing what I do.
