Is your child drinking enough water? The AAP recommends that children increase their water overall intake as they age. As a reminder, children less than 6 months of age should NOT have any plain water, as it can lead to electrolyte imbalances. They will get all of the hydration they need through breastmilk or formula!

Did you know that children actually need more exercise than adults to stay healthy? You'd be surprised at how easy it is to fit exercise into your everyday routine! Examples of exercise can including walking the dog, throwing and catching a ball, and climbing equipment at the park. We here at FPA have been gearing up for 2026 with some fun party favors and an announcement for the new year! 🎆

Thank you to all of our wonderful staff who make coming to work fun and to our imaginative patients who keep everyday a new adventure. We are excited to see you back in office tomorrow for our last day of reduced holiday hours!
