I took the Olympus 275 out for their first trail run today. I’m going to get specific about what I like about them.
1. Comfort, they had a nice bounce and cushion to them, but not clunky at all.
2. On the downhill and I did some good downhill running today. My toes did not slam into the front meaning the sizing was really good and I know that can be subjective, but I will say this is always an issue for me with trail shoes whether I go up a half a size or back down a half a size I got a perfect fit
3. I went through water like stepped in ankle, deep water, and it expelled beautifully no squishing or squeaking nothing.
4. My ankles felt supported in them, but not rigid, I could maneuver around the trail just fine, but I never felt unstable.
5. obviously they look amazing and I look like a complete bad ass of a trail runner
This shoe is completely different than the Olympus. It is not just an updated version , if you need some new shoes, come by the store and check them out!
