Oral cancer doesn't always come with warning signs, but early detection can save lives. During your routine oral exams, we're not just checking your teeth. We're also screening for early signs of oral cancer that affect the lips, tongue, cheeks, and throat.
What to watch for:
✓Persistent sores that won't heal
✓Unusual red or white patches
✓Lumps or thickened tissue
✓Numbness in the mouth or throat
✓Trouble chewing or swallowing
If you notice anything unusual in your mouth that lasts more than two weeks, don't wait. Schedule an exam. Early detection drastically improves outcomes. Your oral health is about more than just your smile. It could save your life.
