May I encourage you this morning to listen to Julie Ledbetter's podcast about the 8 "awards" we women often chase that are not real! I listened this morning and it was an awesome way to begin my day. Please share this with other women, including young women and teenagers! Julie shares really helpful information that can support us in halting unhealthy, repetitive cycles that leave us feeling empty.

March is ! I truly LOVE telling others about the work that I do and it is an absolute blessing to support others in my community. In elementary school I was a participant in a grief group, designed to support children who had lost a parent - this was my first experience working with a social worker. I believe that the support I was shown at that young age planted a seed in my heart, leading me to this profession. For the past 15 years it has been my privilege to serve as a community service worker, offsite therapist, clinic therapist, and now private practice owner. I love my career!
