Many people think healthcare only starts when something goes wrong, but true health is built long before that.

Wellness-focused care emphasizes prevention, movement, mental well-being, and long-term quality of life, while “sick care” steps in during illness or emergencies.

At Cornerstone Physical Therapy & Behavioral Health, we believe both matter, but investing in wellness helps you move better, feel better, and stay healthier over time.
