Your loved one can participate in many activities that will broaden their mind, body, and spirit and takes advantage of our location in Downtown Frederick. Continuity — If a higher level of care is required after admission, it is provided on site, meaning your loved one will never have to leave Record Street Home to receive care and will continue to receive care from the same staff that knows the unique needs of your loved one.
