Carbon Valley Eye Care was first opened in 2005 with one mission; put patients’ needs first. Dr. Koditek was the sole owner/optometrist since 2014, and Dr. Berger joined the practice as a partner in 2018, moving over from his office in Erie, Erie Family Eyecare. We strive to provide friendly, patient centered eye care to every patient who walks in our door. Whether you just need a routine check-up

, or have a medical eye problem that needs care, we are here to help you. Dr. Koditek is a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry. He has training in specialty contact lenses, including scleral and hybrid lenses. No matter your cornea condition or prescription, if you want contact lenses, we can fit you. Dr. Berger is a Fellow in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. He has specific interests in pediatric and developmental vision, visual rehabilitation, and vision therapy. Dr. Kiyota graduated from Southern California College of Optometry summa cm laude. She has received multiple clinical and academic awards throughout her education. She provides routine and medical eye care with a special interest in medical optometry, dry eye management, low vision and pediatric care. You'll also find we have a large selection of eyewear, from designer to budget. If you have eyes, and need help with them, we look forward to serving you.
