As a Holistic Maternal Wellness Therapist, I utilize talk therapy, trauma-informed yoga, parent coaching and neurofeedback to support your restoration and empowered well-being. I help soon-to-be parents feel ready for the physical, emotional and spiritual transition into parenthood with body-inclusive therapy. I help you work with your depression or anxiety holistically. I teach you how to support your inner child and heal your trauma so that you can parent consciously and heart-centered. I guide you through the importance of attending to your child’s developmental needs while prioritizing your needs and care. And my absolute favorite part, I witness you return to yourself more empowered, more embodied and with more vitality.
