Melissa DiVincenzo is an experienced 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), Certified Reiki Master (CRM), and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). She has been teaching since 2010 and has over 4,000 hours of teaching experience. She is trained in many styles of yoga, including hatha, vinyasa and kripalu with over 200 hours of continuing education in areas such as children’s yoga, restorative yoga, prana flow yoga, Kundalini teaching advanced yoga, the art of hands-on assisting, Stand-Up Paddlboard (SUP) Yoga and Acro Yoga. She is recognized as an expert in sharing yogic wisdom to children and adults alike in a variety of settings. She loves to explore, play and have fun with yoga, and her enthusiasm and passion shine through in all her classes. Her warm demeanor and big smile will set you at ease as she provides a comfortable and safe environment for you to learn and grow. Her hope is that yoga will allow you to be who you are and become what you are capable of becoming.
