It's done! Rosie's real backpack!

Positive feelings fill our hearts with warmth and actually make our backpacks feel lighter. But there are negative feelings in our backpacks too, and they make our backpacks heavier.

Before revealing Rosie's backpack, I need to give credit where credit is due. I'd like to thank 1st grade self for keeping the sewing kit Santa brought me, 7th grade self for making a pin cushion in Home Ec., and 32 year-old pregnant and nesting self for buying a sewing machine. Great job, ladies! 🤗⭐️⭐️🤗

I have exciting news -- I wrote (and self published) a children's book!!

“Rosie’s Backpack” is the story of Rosie, a fun loving and spirited girl, who is having some trouble with a bully at school. She tries everything, but nothing seems to work. So instead of the typical “ignore them” and “walk away” advice, she discovers a new tool.
