🐾✨ Big News from Team Lucy! ✨🐾

On November 7, 2025, my best friend Savannah officially passed her evaluation to become a Jr. Handler with Wags For Hope! 🎉

I’m so excited to have Savannah by my side as we visit libraries, schools, and community events spreading smiles and comfort. She’s worked hard and shown so much kindness, patience, and love for others — everything a great handler needs! 💕

Savannah was actually Wags For Hope’s very first Jr. Handler when she was just 11 years old! Her therapy dogs back then were Sparkle the chihuahua 🌈 and Rico the German Shepherd 🐾. Now, she’s continuing her journey with me, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Way to go, Savannah! Here’s to many more adventures together! 🐶💖

Lucy The Therapy Dog had a busy last few weeks! Multiple events, visits at Frederick Health , visiting Andrea's House- Transitional Living For Women and Children , Halloween events and Read, stopped by the 400th show Good Morning Frederick, ending the week at Wellness event with Main Street Thurmont.
