Carter is leading tomorrow! HEAL & RECOVER with YOGA & MEDITATION has moved to THURSDAY NIGHT at 515pm starting this week.

This special class offers a little extra lesson on the healing benefits of yoga in addition to a physical practice to embody the principles. A great class if you are on a mental, physical or emotional healing or recovery journey.

Led by teachers that have a special connection, personal experience or professional training in using yoga and meditation to transform dis-ease into health!

And don’t worry, there is still 530pm yoga on Wednesday night in the garage.

We don’t usually make midseason changes, but on occasion we slip one in. We hope it suits you.

Meditation school starts tonight! Simply learn to meditate. It’s easier than you think and the benefits are profound. This class is on Wednesday nights for the next four Wednesdays, skipping Thanksgiving. 6 PM Lessons and Meditation and then 7 PM is our community meditation and discussion. Plan to come for both. It’s by Donation.

All are welcome.

Put your hands together for this amazing,courageous diverse group of humans that have cried sweat, hugged, studied, laughed, and cheered together over the past 10 months!

this is quite a unique mind, body and soul educational experience for all involved.

Tonight we will celebrate the graduation of these 10 plus enjoy a reunion of many of our past Teacher trainees from the past 20 years of playing yoga together! It will be a beautiful mass of bright souls coming together!

Feeling curious? Whether you want to be a yoga teacher or you just wanna learn more about yoga or gain a bunch of awesome friends, this program is a winner.

is a life-changing transformational experience. For 20 years we have offered 6 to 10 month training programs that are far more than educational about the practice and tradition of Yoga. They are an experience of genuine human connection and a taste of our capacity for healthy relationship relationships - the one we have with ourselves and others. And it’s not without conflict or disagreement, but that’s the point. That we can be curious of one others perspective and are durable enough to handle conflict and not flee. Everyone knows Betsy! At 72, she is a living example of how 20 years of near daily yoga can maintain health. She may also get the award for student who has completed the most ‘challenges’ we have ever offered. In fact, she makes her own up! Thank you Betsy for inspiring us to daily practice.
