Frederick Primary Care Associates FPCA is Frederick County's largest medical group which includes 9 locations. Frederick Primary Care Associates is Frederick County’s largest medical group.

Originally formed in January 1997 by the merger of three of the County’s best-known family medicine practices, FPCA has now grown to include multiple locations around the Frederick area. At our offices located in Frederick City, Ballenger Creek, Brunswick, Jefferson, New Market, Urbana, Walkersville, and Woodsboro, we are able to provide comprehensive medical care for newborn through geriatric patients. We are proud to offer our ancillary services of Behavioral Health, Nutrition and Diabetes Education, Diabetic Eye Scans at our Spring Ridge location. We participate in most major insurance plans and offer a wide array of in-office diagnostic services in addition to traditional primary care services. At FPCA, we put our patients first. Our multiple locations throughout Frederick County have extended weekday hours for your convenience. As an added benefit, FPCA offers a variety of in-office services to supplement our traditional primary care and we accept most major insurance plans.
