This Earth Day at ClearView Communities, our residents spent time giving back to the environment that surrounds and supports us 🌎💚

They helped care for our local community by picking up litter and tending to nearby green spaces at Baker Park in Frederick City —small acts that make a meaningful impact while fostering a sense of responsibility and connection.

The day continued at the greenhouse, where creativity and nature came together through plant-inspired art activities:

This Earth Day initiative was a collaboration between our Wellness Program and Therapeutic Nature Program, intentionally designed to help residents connect—with nature, with their community, and with themselves.

Because healing can happen outdoors, in the quiet moments of creating, and in the shared experience of caring for something bigger than ourselves. 🌱

We love seeing the ARTA community come together at the Partners in Treatment conference in Arizona last week.

At ClearView Communities, staying connected to this network helps us continue to grow, collaborate, and provide the highest level of care for the young adults we serve. 💙

While not everyone could attend, those who did showed up with heart, representing ARTA and the incredible programs that support so many unique mental health journeys.

We had our annual Campus Clean-Up at ClearView Communities—and it was a huge success! 🌎💪

Our residents showed up with energy and teamwork, taking part in a campus-wide scavenger hunt designed by Therapist Laura to encourage exploration of often-overlooked areas. Each house followed clues hidden inside color-coded eggs 🥚, racing to find all four and earn a well-deserved reward…pizza parties are officially on the way! 🍕

One house even won the 2026 Earth Day Trophy winners! 🏆 They collected an impressive 2 lbs. of trash! 👀. Altogether, our community removed 8 pounds of trash from campus and our 2 off-campus houses.

A big thank you to everyone who participated, supported our residents, and brought such positive energy to the day. This is what community looks like.

We’re not done yet—next is our Earth Day Park Clean-Up at Baker Park.🌿

This weekend, the ClearView Communities team had the privilege of attending the 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿: 𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 presented by the Mental Health Association of Frederick County💙

It was such a meaningful evening spent together as a team—sharing great conversation, enjoying an incredible meal, and celebrating alongside so many others who care deeply about the future of mental health in our community.

We are especially proud to be a 2026 sponsor of this impactful event, helping take the first step toward hope, healing, and resilience for individuals and families across our region.

This year’s event raised over $250,000, directly supporting the Mental Health Association’s life-changing initiatives—from crisis call center support and safety assessments to walk-in care, supervised visitation, and vital resource referrals.

The impact is powerful:
✨ 47,924 calls answered
✨ 8,875 safety assessments completed
✨ 60,172 referrals accepted
✨ 1,229 walk-in clients served

Every number represents a person, a family, and a first step toward healing.

What begins as bare branches slowly transforms into vibrant color—one bud, one bloom, one day at a time. It’s a beautiful reminder of the growth we witness in our residents every day.

✨ Career Conversations at ClearView Communities ✨

We were so excited to host a Career Presentations Event on campus for our residents, creating space for meaningful conversations around career paths, purpose, and balancing work with mental health.

These are the kinds of experiences that help our residents explore possibilities, build confidence, and see that there are many paths to a fulfilling future. 💙

We’re thrilled to recognize Nathan Brathwaite as our March Employee of the Month! 👏

Nathan’s dedication, compassion, and positive attitude have truly stood out this past month. Colleagues shared that he is always on time, willing to help wherever needed, and goes above and beyond to support both residents and teammates.

Whether it’s assisting a colleague with a task, ensuring the house is clean and welcoming, or offering a listening ear to residents who may be struggling that day, Nathan consistently demonstrates kindness, professionalism, and respect for ethical boundaries. He even steps up to cover extra shifts during peak times, ensuring our residents continue to receive the care and stability they deserve.
