🌿 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘂𝗿, 𝗖𝗡𝗜𝗣, 𝗧𝗛𝗣, 𝗖𝗣𝗗, our Therapeutic Nature Program Manager, who was recently nominated as a Mental Health Leader in the Mind Issue of Sass Magazine.

This recognition is so well deserved. Antoinette brings intention, expertise, and deep compassion to everything she does—creating safe, grounding, and restorative therapeutic spaces in nature for our residents. Through her leadership, nature becomes more than a setting; it becomes a powerful tool for regulation, connection, and healing.

Over the ten months we’ve been voting for this recognition, Sarina has been nominated an incredible six times—a true reflection of the impact she makes every day at ClearView Communities. Sarina currently serves in several roles, and we are so grateful for the dedication, heart, and leadership she brings to each one.

Sarina was hired in August 2020 and promoted to Senior House Manager in January 2022—and she’s coming up on her 4-year anniversary as Senior House Manager. In addition to working full-time, she is currently enrolled in a Master’s program and completing her required internship with our clinical team—a true testament to her drive and commitment to growth.

✨ ClearView Communities Annual Holiday Party ✨

Today we celebrated the season together with our incredible residents and staff—and it was truly a reminder of what community is all about.

The afternoon was filled with resident readings and performances, joyful songs, a festive gingerbread house contest, and enough sweet treats to satisfy even the most enthusiastic elf 🎄🍪. Most meaningful of all was the spirit of giving and receiving that filled the room.

At ClearView Communities, we believe no one should feel alone—especially during the holidays. Today was a beautiful reflection of connection, creativity, and shared joy.

Grateful for our residents, our dedicated team, and the moments that bring us together this season. 💙

Today was a great reminder of how powerful consistency and support can be. 💙

One of our residents worked alongside our Occupational Therapist on meal prep, making rice and beans with a quesadilla from start to finish. They’ve been working together since October, and in just two months she’s already building confidence, learning new cooking techniques, and strengthening her independence in the kitchen.

Small steps, real skills, meaningful progress. This is why we do what we do. 🍳👏

Chris has been nominated six times for employee of the month this year alone—a true testament to the impact he makes every single day.

As our Nurse Practitioner, Chris consistently goes above and beyond for all our residents, not just those on his caseload. This year, he also celebrated 10 years at ClearView Communities, and throughout that decade he has been the person who jumps in—whenever, wherever, and without hesitation. His dedication is woven into the fabric of our community.

We’re grateful for another year of growth, connection, and community. Last week, we gathered for our annual Thanksgiving lunch—catered by Golden Corral Restaurant—and it was such a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season. 🦃✨

Moments like these remind us how meaningful it is to create space where staff and residents can come together, share a meal, and celebrate the spirit of gratitude.

🌿 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳! 🌿

As part of our Therapeutic Nature Program, our residents harvested small bundles of herbs they grew in our campus herb garden and gifted them to our staff.

The bundles included:

🌿 Rosemary
🌿 Lemon Thyme

It’s always special to see our residents share the fruits of their hard work and care, bringing a little bit of nature, gratitude, and community into the daily lives of those around them. 💚

Our residents recently created these beautifully painted pumpkins, and we are so impressed by their talent and creativity! 🎨✨

Through Art Therapy, residents get the chance to express themselves with bright colors, unique designs, and meaningful details. Each pumpkin has its own personality — a small reflection of the imagination, resilience, and artistic spirit within our community.

These pumpkins are more than just seasonal art…
They’re reminders of how powerful creative expression can be in the healing process. Now decorating our front porch stairs. 🎃💛

We’re incredibly proud of our residents and grateful for the therapeutic programming that helps them grow every day.
