Services include home visitation to help parents nurture healthy child development

Servicios incluyen visitas al hogar para ayudar a los padres a fomentar un desarrollo infantil saludable HFF provides in-home services prenatally until the child’s 5th birthday. These home services are centered around the child’s development, supporting the parent/child relationship, and connecting the family to community resources. In addition, Healthy Families has playgroup activities throughout the year to help build social connections and concrete support in times of need. Healthy Families Frederick (HFF) es un programa de visitas al hogar que apoya a los padres primerizos del condado de Frederick. HFF brinda servicios en el hogar prenatalmente hasta el quinto cumpleaños del niño. Estos servicios en el hogar se centran en el desarrollo del niño, apoyando la relación entre padre e hijo y conectamos a la familia con recursos de la comunidad. Además, Healthy Families tiene actividades de grupos durante todo el año para ayudar a construir conexiones sociales y apoyo concreto en momentos de necesidad.
