New Session Starting September 2nd!
Cornerstone Foundations is a group exercise class designed to help individuals feel stronger, calmer, and more grounded in everyday activities and movements. Foundations also offers a unique fitness option rooted in Christian faith focusing on the mind, body, and spirit connection to bring peace, strength, and balance to your daily life.
Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, this class will provide you with more than your standard exercise class at the gym.
This Foundational Class Emphasizes:
- Proper breathing techniques
- Core strength to improve stability and protect your spine
- Balance and posture for functional movement and alignment
- Mobility to enhance range of motion and reduce stiffness
- Nervous system regulation for improved calmness, focus, and resilience
Who Should Join? This class is appropriate for:
- Those looking to supplement or transition from physical therapy care
- Individuals seeking to improve daily function, stability, and strength
- Anyone looking to add balanced, low-impact exercises to their fitness routine
Individualized Approach: While exercises will be performed as a group, modifications can be provided for individuals who are:
- Pregnant or Postpartum
- Managing Chronic Pain Conditions
- Beginners in Exercising
Class Details:
- Tuesdays: 6:30–7:30 AM
- Thursdays: 7:30–8:30 PM
- Session Length: 10 weeks
Pricing:
- 1 CLASS PER WEEK (10 TOTAL CLASSES) - $280
- 2 CLASSES PER WEEK (20 TOTAL CLASSES) - $500
