About Byron:

Shortly after Byron Graduated from massage School he discovered the directional path he would follow. Deep Tissue Sports Massage! He enjoys the freedom of the modality in that you can use many styles in a single session to relieve tension and healing to inflamed tissue. There could be a few therapy cups placed on a nagging hamstring while he works on your tight shoulder for example. Along with his soft tissue work he was introduced to Fascial Stretch Therapy. Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds us like a spider web. Each part of our body are connected together by fascia. Fascial Stretch Therapy helps open up fascia and restore your body to its normal state. Its an assisted stretching performed on the table targeting joint capsules freeing them from restriction. Between Deep Tissue Sports Massage and FST the combination is amazing to keep you moving thru life!

Byron is a graduate of the Central Maryland School of massage

He holds certificates in Fascial Stretch level 1 Arizona and Level 2 Canada.

He is also a certified Sports Massage Therapist in which he attended in Tampa FL. Byron is also Rock Tape ( KT ) certified.He has attended much more and continues to better his education learning from the best in the business.

We are excited about teaching private yoga classes at our studio!

Kerri has been a yoga practitioner for over 25 years and has been a Certified yoga instructor through yoga alliance for the past 6 years.

You can combine your massage appointment with a yoga class, or you can schedule a private yoga class with out massage, although the combo is great. 😊

Rates are the same,$50 for 30 minutes, $85 for 60 minutes $125 for 90 Minutes.

Hello, my name is David Evans, licensed massage therapist. I am a graduate of Central Maryland School of Massage in Frederick Maryland and have been a resident in the county for over 20 years.

In my practice, a combination of therapeutic massage techniques are tailored to provide an experience that is aligned with your health goals including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, cold stones, and aromatherapy. While massage is luxurious and a nice break in our busy lives it is much more than a luxury. I am VERY happy to announce I will be reopening my practice on June 24th. Also thrilled to announce that I have a new location! We are still in Braddock heights, but now in a charming victorian home.

The massage room has easy access, on the first floor, and there is plenty of parking.

I will be reading daily and adhering to all updates on disinfection and sanitation recommendations through guidance from AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association)
and ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals), both of which are following recommendations from the CDC.

At this time it is required that both the therapist and the client wear a mask during the massage session. Please bring a mask with you to your appointment.
