Just had the best evening with this amazing lady Kourtney, the owner of Empire Media Solutions ! This year has been all about discovery and design when it comes to personal and professional growth and I am so excited for what’s to come including incredible connections with the support and partnership of Kourtney. Thanks for being an awesome and amazing human!!! This photo was taken at an event I cohosted in April where Kourtney was not only our amazing photographer but also sat on our panel and shared insight and inspiration to all of the women in the room. Looking forward to working together more this fall.

My son found a leaf shaped like a heart.

It had fallen from a tree and landed right in front of him. Most people would’ve walked right past it.
Honestly? I probably would’ve too.

But he saw it.
He noticed the shape.
He felt the meaning.
And he couldn’t wait to share it—with the kids outside, and then with me.

This tiny moment reminded me how powerful it is to notice what matters to you and the importance of sharing it.

Because your story, your passion, your unique lens on the world? It might seem small to you… but to someone else, it could be the spark they didn’t know they needed.

That’s what speaking is to me.

It’s seeing the heart-shaped leaf and not keeping it to myself.

It’s guiding others to move from discovery, to design, to action.

Because when you have vision and strategy?
You can take bold steps forward.

And when you share your story?
You create space for someone else to take theirs.

Honored. Humbled. Grateful.

I’m still soaking it in…being named a Top Woman/Top Mompreneur in the latest Boss Issue of alongside some truly phenomenal women!

This past year has been one of intentional growth, big decisions, and trusting myself in ways I never had before. Being recognized in this way is such a powerful reminder that purpose-driven business and motherhood can coexist and that building something meaningful doesn’t require choosing one over the other.

To every woman building her dreams with babies on her hip, ideas in her heart, and purpose in her step, this one’s for you. 💜

Phillipa and I connected over two years ago and instantly clicked. From voice notes to strategy sessions, she’s been a trusted friend, a fierce encourager, and someone who gets the vision. We’ve been dreaming of the right moment to bring something powerful to life for women, and the time is now!!!

Today, I had the absolute honor of spending the afternoon with and presenting to a cohort of future leaders at Montgomery College through the Southern Management Leadership Program — a program dedicated to helping students grow their leadership skills, deepen their expertise, and build meaningful experiences beyond their college coursework.

This program supports students through their time at Montgomery College and continues with them as they transfer to the University of Maryland to complete their degrees together as a cohort. The commitment these students have to learning, growth, and leadership is truly inspiring.

We focused on a critical skill for any leader: proactive, aligned goal-setting —
✔️ Getting clear on who you are, what you desire, and where you’re headed
✔️ Learning how to write aligned, future-focused goals
✔️ Creating a plan to navigate obstacles with logic rather than emotion

Because the truth is, being able to set, pursue, and adjust your goals with resilience is one of the most important skills for leadership—whether in your career, your family, or your community.

It was so special to share this message at Montgomery College, the place that completely changed my own relationship with learning and education.

The insights the students shared at the end of the workshop blew me away. Their reflections on self-awareness, creating structure around their dreams, and embracing challenges with confidence reminded me just how powerful this work is.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to come full circle and pour into the next generation of leaders.
Montgomery College, you will always have a special place in my heart!

I almost didn’t graduate high school…
because of a two-minute speech.

I was so shy, I seriously considered giving up my diploma just to avoid speaking in front of the class.

Fast forward to today and I’ve spoken on stages, led rooms full of leaders, and helped teams and individuals gain clarity, confidence, and direction through intentional goal-setting.

But the shift didn’t come from becoming fearless.

It came from learning a different approach to goals.
One rooted in alignment.
Clarity.
Mindset.

That’s what I teach now through my Goal Gap Framework™. Not just how to set goals, but how to design a process that helps you become the person who follows through.

The shy teenager in me would’ve been so proud.
