Trauma doesn’t always look like panic attacks or flashbacks. Sometimes, it shows up in subtle and unexpected ways. Here are some commonly missed signs that may actually point to unresolved trauma:

🔸 Feeling “numb” or disconnected from emotions
🔸 Constant people-pleasing or fear of disappointing others
🔸 Overreacting to criticism or feeling easily triggered
🔸 Chronic anxiety or feeling on edge “for no reason”
🔸 Difficulty sleeping or frequent nightmares
