Yesterday, I had the privilege to volunteer once again as ‘Camp Psychologist’ at Camp Jamie's Day Camp!

This one-day experience provides a special opportunity for grieving children to come together to talk about their feelings related to the death of someone special and learn coping skills for dealing with those feelings. It's an honor to witness the healing that happens during a full day of connection, intervention, and time spent in nature.

Honored to play a small role in their grief journeys. 💙

There are BIG changes happening in the mental health industry.

Episode 2 of The Mental Health Evolution podcast features me and my colleagues speaking about our mental health campaign, The Real Change Initiative. A few of the changes that have peaked our interest (and our concern) are the rise of big tech companies managing mental health care and the incorporation of AI in therapy settings. I hope you'll listen! https://pod.link/1724750091
