✨ Stepping into 2026 with Intention: A Year of Becoming ✨

As 2025 draws to a close, let's trade the pressure of rigid resolutions for the power of intentions. Resolutions often focus on doing while intentions focus on being—cultivating who you want to become and how you want to feel.

This new year isn't about becoming "more." It's about becoming truer to yourself.

🤔 Reflection Questions for the New Year
Before moving forward, take a moment to look back at 2025 with compassion and clarity.
What nourished you this year?
What drained your energy? Are you ready to release it?
What moments brought you genuine peace or joy that you want to protect in 2026?

✨ Setting Your 2026 Intentions
Intentions act as your personal "North Star," a guiding compass for your daily choices and energy. They are flexible and embrace the journey, not just the destination.

How to get started:
Choose a Guiding Word: Select one powerful word as your theme for the year (e.g., Presence, Courage, Flow, Nourish, Trust). This word will help you stay focused and realign when you feel off track.

Phrase it in the Present Tense (I AM): Declare who you are already becoming. Instead of "I will be less stressed," try "I am choosing peace" or "I am calm and grounded."

Write it Down: Keep your intentions visible. Place them on your bathroom mirror, in your planner, or as your phone wallpaper to remind yourself daily.

Practice Daily Recall: Start and end your day by repeating your intention to yourself. This builds self-worth and keeps your choices aligned with your future self.

💖 What intention will you carry into 2026? Share your guiding words or reflections below! 👇 Let's build a year shaped by intention, not perfection.
