Homewood at Willow Ponds is a new rental community under construction for active adults age 55 and over. The community is uniquely located adjacent to sister facility, Homewood at Crumland Farms, a full service rental retirement and care community. Willow Ponds residents will have priority access to supportive care and health care in the Crumland Farms community if needed. Willow Ponds offers the charm of pond and mountain surroundings, the culture and history of Frederick City, and the comfort and quality you expect from noted not for profit retirement community developer, Homewood Retirement Centers. The Willow Ponds community will include approximately 200 cottages and a 100 unit apartment building with a clubhouse including full size swimming pool, exercise and gym area, casual bistro dining, meeting rooms, classroom and more. Outdoor amenities on the 100 acre site will include paths for jogging and bike riding, picnic areas, gardening and putting green.
