Instead of not discussing what is causing you pain, find the courage to talk about it - with an empathetic friend, a therapist or someone who you trust. With awareness and practice,

little by little we become better at being healthier. Little by little, we get comfortable with our new selves, so we don’t self-sabotage. Little by little we see ourselves differently in the mirror.

So... sending love to all who are struggling to overcome. Sending love to all who are taking the shaky, baby steps. Sending love to those who are talking instead of keeping it all inside.

With the extra time that some may have, it is a good time to bring some of your awareness to nature. Take some time to pause, reset and more easily manage stress by noticing all the beauty that nature has to offer.

Become curious of the seemingly mundane things around you. Notice what happens when you take time to appreciate the details of your immediate experience – what does it sound like, what does it look like, what does it taste like, what does it feel like? Live fully engaged in your NOW. Savor it.

If you’re going outside for a walk or soaking up the sun in your backyard, take 20 mins to savor the experience. It sounds trite, but taking time to "smell the roses" has, in fact, been proven to enhance happiness. There is beauty present in the mundane, a tree, birds chirping, clouds moving...magic is all around patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper!
