Dear Salisbury Community,

As we watch the sun set over beautiful Wicomico County, we find ourselves sharing news that weighs heavy on our hearts. Our Salisbury office will be permanently closing on August 29th, 2025.

This decision was not made lightly. We understand the trust you've placed in us for your healthcare needs, and we are deeply grateful for the privilege of serving you and your families.

While our doors will close, our commitment to your well-being continues. We encourage you to find a healthcare provider in the area who can continue supporting your health journey. Your care matters to us, and we want to ensure you have the support you need during this transition.

Important Information:

Our phones will always remain active, our company is still practicing at our other locations. We can assist you through July 31st, 2026 for prescription refills and virtual visits until you find a new provider.

We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate one of our exceptional employees who just graduated from Governor Thomas Johnson High School with HIGHEST HONORS! 🌟

Not only did he excel academically, but he also earned numerous awards throughout his high school career including AP & MD scholar merit awards + Principals Award - a true testament to his dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence.

We are proud to share that he will be embarking on an incredible journey in healthcare! He'll be starting his nursing program at FCC, with plans to continue his education at University of Maryland to earn a BSN and ultimately become a Nurse Practitioner.
