Office Closure Announcement - UPDATE!

Dear Salisbury Community,

As we watch the sun set over beautiful Wicomico County, we find ourselves sharing news that weighs heavy on our hearts. Our Salisbury office will be permanently closing on August 29th, 2025.

This decision was not made lightly. We understand the trust you've placed in us for your healthcare needs, and we are deeply grateful for the privilege of serving you and your families.

While our doors will close, our commitment to your well-being continues. We encourage you to find a healthcare provider in the area who can continue supporting your health journey. Your care matters to us, and we want to ensure you have the support you need during this transition.

Important Information:

Our phones will always remain active, our company is still practicing at our other locations. We can assist you through July 31st, 2026 for prescription refills and virtual visits until you find a new provider.

He is a highly motivated ANCC and AANP certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine with over five years of diverse nursing experience. He provides comprehensive clinical care through an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach that addresses both the physical and psychosocial aspects of health and disease. Ensuring that treatment plans consider not only clinical needs but also emotional, social, and practical factors affecting health outcomes.

Vincent's career in healthcare has evolved from his foundation as a registered nurse to his experience as a case manager, providing him with unique insights into healthcare systems and patient needs. This background has fostered his commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that addresses the whole person.
