Dean works from the philosophy of helping empower people to change by leveraging their own strengths, values, and skills. He believes in not simply changing one's circumstances or problems, but the way they relate to them. To meet people where they are, but not leave them there. Whether its mentoring the next generation of clinicians or walking alongside a client in their mental health journey, Dean is always on mission to provide a new perspective!

We are so happy to welcome our new grad student, JD to our team! JD has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. He also has a background in supporting individuals and families affected by substance use. JD believes that each person is the expert on their own life and works collaboratively to help clients rediscover their inner voice, strengths, and capacity for growth. His approach is person-centered and strength-based, offering a supportive space where clients can explore challenges, develop insight, and build healthier relationships.
