Dashing Round the Lake in a Two-Horse Open Sleigh....... it was one of our favorite days of the season with horse drawn carriage rides for our residents, families, and team! And a special thank you to HeartFields Assisted Living at Frederick for joining us!

This week we took our annual trip to Antietam Recreation for "A Christmas Experience". What a show!!!!!!!! The singing, the dancing, the food, and the story!

During the holiday season each year, we put up an Angel Tree in both of our buildings so that families and friends can help make Christmas morning that much more magical for our residents... This year, our Somerford family gained a few new members when a teacher from Tuscarora Elementary School reached out to us on facebook asking if she could help with our angel tree this year. This past weekend, her and a couple of her students, along with her husband who is also a teacher there, came in full force with over 20 tags and gifts chosen! We could not be more thankful for this angel and her team of elves!!! The countdown for our Somerford Christmas is on!!! ❤️🎄❤️
